Dance is a great and fun form of exercise and at the same time will help you to improve posture, co-ordination, balance, fitness, weight loss, better health and team work !

Don’t worry if  you’re  an absolute beginner to ballroom or latin dancing.

We are here to help you take those first steps.

No partner required to dance.

We have  single people and couples that  attend our  ballroom and latin dance classes 

Our ballroom dance instructors have years of experience teaching such as yourself

and are there to provide support  to help  you learn to dance.

Adelmo & Leah are  recognised in  competitive dancing worldwide and on TV show as Britain’s got talent.

 

What we teach:

Ballroom: Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz and Quickstep.

Latin: Cha-Cha-Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive, Salsa, Bachata , Merengue.
